just read a thread on fbbo on a 470 he had built for a customer in calif . he is a go to guy with great engine results . hoping he's still in the game .

I wonder what happened? I was looking into going with his solid roller lifters when I go solid in my 340. Like to support the little guys if I can. He just started that up not long ago either. Hope he's not out of business.
 
I seem to recall some family medical issues in the past that needed money and attention. I hope he's ok and doing what he needs to.

Yeah mike was a stand up guy who I had alot of confidence in his opinions and suggestions cause he knew how to make power hope he is ok
 
Talked to Mike yesterday. He has closed his doors and took a job because he needed good insurance for his family. I am saddened by this but it is the best for him right now.

i remember chatting with him, about his wife and kids, i can totally see how a regular job, with a steady income and all the benefit would offer piece of mind
