Ahhhhhh am ! Hey like Roy. He was cool and could play those stringed instrument like no bodies biz.
Holy Moly! If you haven’t seen him play ever or just in a while, take a trip down you tube lane and find a video of this great whipping out some crazy delightful guitar. (and other string Instruments!)
Mind blowing I tell ya!

And a Mopar guy to boot. Owning and racing both the Hee Haw Hemi and the Super Picker. What a musical gift he was.

Outstanding musician. Always enjoyed his music.
The band in Heaven is getting an amazing addition.

My ex partner built the engine for the hee haw hemi. He said it never reached its full potential.
My name on this forum comes from being introduced to Roy at a machinist shop one time, quite a while ago. Another friend talked me into using it , we thot it funny , as a joke .
Roy was a great human being !

This man could play more then just stringed instruments, watched him hammer out some great licks on the drums then stand up with a saxophone and play some good song with it, a very talented man, super star singer. He will be greatly missed that's for sure. My condolences to all the family and many many friends at the track and on stage. I think there is a band that just got completed in heaven today... RIP Roy Clark

RIP Roy. What a talent. Seem to be losing one a week here recently that will never be replaced.
Thankfully got to enjoy him and hee haw on the old black & white as a child.
