Set up my plasma track and cut panels for the trailer fenders. Will bend the edges to make a u
So it has some strength. Those stamped light gauge fenders are for the birds.

Wul ****, Rick. Real real sad here to hear of your loss. Never met Vena but she musta been a helluva good woman. Sweeney bein' an Irish name, I'm glad to think the funeral will involve lots o' story-tellin', lots o' eatin' and the good Lord willin', some drinkin'. That's how us Irish Grays do it anyway. I went over to my huntin' stuff dresser, got out the old flask that says "Peter F. Dickson" on it, hoisted it in the direction o' Texas, said "Bon chance, Vena! Stand yer watch, BenRicky!" and poured down a couple good rips o' the Black Velvet that's been in there for prob'ly 20 years. Hope to see you before long, and we'll hoist a few and I'll get ya' to tell me stories, OK? 'Til then, I know you'll be good for the weight that's befallen ya'.

I know where I got the damn thing but not sure why I ended up with it.

The stone guys got a lot done today...and so did I.

I got the front siding cleaned up and the patio back together. They finished installing the back patio. Still more work to be done, but it’s getting a lot closer to completion.

Just for scale reference, the back deck is 14’ x 20’.

Looks great Dave. I'm guessing peeing over the deck rail is now out the question.. I'll remember the 'the good ol days' fondly..

That's pretty Dave. I really like the dark border. It really pulls the color out of the patio tile.

Thanks Mike. I'm as good as can be expected. Shitty situation but you got to swing at the pitches they throw. I'll just keep fouling 'em off until til they hang a breaking ball.. Then I'm hitting that ***** out of the park!
 
It started to rain here a bit.
Aparrently we need 1/2 inch or more.
 
We just had a major downpour for these parts, complete with lightning and thunder. My new awning filled up because my dumb as@@ did not stager it. So I'm out there on a ladder frantically pushing up on a very heavy belly of water. I got a bit out then made the fatal mistake, I released the rail lever and all hell broke loose. Bent the crap out of the roller!!! This awning just got replaced, wind got the last one that I didn't put down, now this. I won't dink my insurance for another claim, we put out 500 and they 1100 or so last time. Arghhhh!!!! Can't wait to live in a house again : )

Same here, looked like a giant water fall coming, we got 1.5-2 inches in 15 minutes, knocked power out briefly. But it back now.

Still not sure where la la land is but that's about what I think we got, which is a lot for here considering the Olympic mountains cast a nice rain shadow this way. That's why the Naval Air Station is located out here.
