Stop in for a cup of coffee

You know guys collect those right?
No I didn't.
There's a thread on the Garage forum about old chargers but not a lot of info.
Mine's been frankensteined steened? as you can see.
But it works!

I just had some Basil? Cells removed from my skin. Going back in on the tenth, Figures when Tim is here!

Oh hell yea some of them get up into a few thousand.

And where did you get the case to put it in??
That's the way it came. I bought it at The Nats a few years back. I don't remember the company or if they are in business any longer.

They froze them with nitrogen then scooped it out. The VA is Doing some plastic surgery on the one on my face even though it looks fine to me they want to be 100% sure it is out. Long day they said six hours. At least she is something to look at.

My dad had a rotator on our tv antenna where we had a box with a dial and we marked what position each channel came in the clearest... Then when we watched that channel, we rotated the dial to that position and there was an electric motor on the antennae that would rotate it to that position...

I have an antennae on the roof and get 26 channels. No cable or dish for me

Funny you mentioned rotor my antenna is on a rotor and it is not working right just picked up a omni directional antenna plan on putting it up this weekend.
I have a big rooftop antenna. Last I checked, my rotator still works. We have basic Dish and Netflix. Plus my daughter put Hulu and Amazon on...
I do occasionally flip it on antenna. Usually to watch news if a storm knocks out the Dish signal. Been quite a while since I ran the rotator though...

Nicely done - looks good in the photo.
IIRC there's a couple of threads in theMoparts restoration forum about where to get those and also do-it-yourself conversions.

Going to the garage today to change tires and get the car.
I'll do a little more of a look over and cleaning of the VAT 40 while I'm there.

I may be going to another "Last Blast" event this evening. It's Champ Night at the speedway, last race of the year for the local classes. The rumor mill is grinding away about the new speedway owner eliminating the local classes all together. Seems he has visions of grandeur with the new "Stadium 805" being the Eldora of the west coast. Kinda ironic, I think this is the 50th anniversary year of the speedway. We shall see. :(

Very sorry to hear...

Hopefully when he goes, it won't be prolonged causing him lots of suffering...

The smoking hasn't helped his cause, but it's probably too late to stop now, the damage is already done... If he's that bad, he's going to go whether he quits smoking or not... It's his life and his choice, let him choose what he wants to do... If he wants to keep smoking let him, quitting smoking now most likely will not buy him much more time....

Are they talking about putting him in Hospice???
Oh I agree. The docs told him to stop smoking 4 years ago if he wanted to beat the stuff, but he didn’t. Not my place to tell him either.

And no, he’s still at home, he won’t go to hospice by choice
