Craigslist Alum. 318

-
Didn't they build those for sprint cars? Small cube aluminum block. A guy in town got ahold of one of those and supercharged it and put in a Demon.

For such a rare nice piece
Why would you let the main caps, hardware and cylinders get all rusted?
Or at least clean and oil them for pictures...

I don't know. What happens when you put another, what, 10g into building this thing and then "something happens" Then what? You don't just go "find another one"

It's easy to say 'fix it' but lots of people - including me - then look at it as a fixed block. Not worthless, but certainly devalued.

Even undamaged, this block is plenty cool but also suspect. Aluminum blocks have more than their share of 'issues', and with only 4 in the world you'd better hope this one is issue-free if you buy it. I'm personally not that lucky or rich.

What's the max bore these things can be taken to? Will they go to 4"?

you junk it and do an LS swap, like everyone at the car show said you shoulda done in the first place
