Every time I think I am done spending on this dart another hundred or so gets spent......will it ever end? :lol:

Yup, Sunday is our anniversary, just lunch at a restaurant our daughter got us a certificate for about a year ago (if there's outdoor seating), and wife wants to hit some antique shops on the South end of the island.
I have a 14 yard dump truck load of fill to start leveling the area I removed stumps.
 
We finally ordered our property survey, should be out in two weeks. Having the "Westerly" property line staked with monuments, we'll verify our setback and the property line. If the trees my neighbor suddenly bought and planted are on our side, fence going up and they're my trees or he can move them.
