Have no use for pills the odd pain killer now and then mostly for 26oz. Flue but that’s it.
Do you keep an eye on your blood pressure, Cholesterol and sugars? All three can be silent killers. I have a physical every year. Early detection is the best medicine.

I hold a class 1A S endorsement drivers license at my age I am required by law to have a full physical every year to hold that license, so far so good
