Do you keep an eye on your blood pressure, Cholesterol and sugars? All three can be silent killers. I have a physical every year. Early detection is the best medicine.

I hold a class 1A S endorsement drivers license at my age I am required by law to have a full physical every year to hold that license, so far so good
