Can you believe it Canada vs. the USA again for Gold. I don't know how much more I can take! My heart just started pumping again after the Slovak game and now back to facing the USA. Its gonna be great and Canada is out for revenge against a very tough USA team. Sunday night some of us members will be more happy than others. GO CANADA GO!
 
Hopeing for canada, But USA is an overall better team right now.

At least canada has found some lines now.

Canada's defence got a little sloppy at the end again tonight, they can't afford to do that with the USA, or it will be a repeat performance. I think Luongo will make a difference.
 
Just got home in time to see the Slovaks put in the 2nd goal and then we hung on to pull it out....WHAT A NAIL BITER!! Might have been sloppy in the end. But bottom line they pulled it out. Im gonna need to fix my remote control beer robot for Sunday and slip the diapers on!! Should be one hell of a game!! Miller scares the hell out of me, he is playing great!

Luongo is a good match to Miller but I think the D has to step it up a whole lot if they want the gold. Last 8 minutes of Slv game was scary. Where was our defense. Go Canada!!!
 
Hockey.....Is that the game where skaters bat around some little flat round rubber thingy trying to get past some kind of monster into a little net on a frame ? Don't understand the finer points but was on the edge of the chair pulling for Canada. Quit watching Finland with a good bit of time to go in third period. Sunday goona be good !
 
I really dont think that Canada is going to let the USA out play them the next game .... I am Canadian BUT live in US ????

I don't watch very much Hockey 8)and I was happy to hear the Ladies won the gold for Canada:cheers: If yall don't mind I will be rooting for Canada to win the gold :happy10:
I love the USA :happy10: but it's all the good folk's I have talked to here that are from Canada that I hope they take the gold :happy10:
So from here in Arkansas I will be rooting for the Canadians 8)

Canada is just starting to gel really good. I'd keep Pronger on the bench all game, He just doesn't seem to be set on kill. Miller worries me too, but Canada will still win.

memike, go on youtube, and look up "Tom Brokaw explains Canada" and watch it. It is pretty good, and I have a new respect for him.
 
I'll be honest with you all, I was surprised to see the USA beat Canada last time. I really was. I knew the USA would have a good showing, but when we beat ya last time, I was , like, WOWed!

Canada's team was in our face and opressive in the offense, all over us like white on rice. I think we simply made the best possible effort and capitalized on the mistakes, however minor in order to win.

Our goal tender said it best, "If we meet Canada again, they'll be MAD!"

If we (The USA) loose to anybody, it'll be Canada. And I can't think of anyone I'd rather loose to, though we aint rollin over for no one, brotherly neighbor or not. LOL

THIS, is goiong to be a great game no matter how you slice it and both teams will make me proud no matter the outcome. Though you bet I'll be star and stripe flag waving!

Go Team U.S.A. !!!

Should be a great game...Canada had the edge in the first game Miller was the difference . Luongo will have to be better than Miller for Canada to win

I'm very disappointed in you. It's one thing to wish them well, but to actually route for Canada over US is bordering on treason.:bootysha:
