Currently running with three speed now. Would never go back to 3 speed but if I did I would already have the bellhousing that was removed with the trans.
I just happen to have the 4 speed and shifter laying around. Cheapest way to install I think is to buy early 4 speed bellhousing and reuse my...
Could be wrong but according to my research I need the early cast iron 64-66 bell housing to mate up with existing 3 speed equipment currently on my 68 valiant and the 1966 four speed trans I intend to use.
Thanks,
Looking for an early slant 6 Four speed bellhousing for a 3 to 4 speed conversion. Small input bearing 4.35" cast iron unit is what I think I'm looking for at a reasonable cost. Southern California location would maybe save on shipping. Let me know!
Everybody (members) says you can find restored GTS's for $15,000 to $20,000 that are perfectly restored. When you have a wade of cash looking to buy one they seem harder to come by, at least a really nice one does.
I think you would be pleasantly surprised how well the 1.03 bars ride and handle on a typical street car. It is a really nice improvement, well worth the money in my opinion.
I don't have one for sale, but you might want to clarify if your looking for a shifter for a Barracuda with or without a console. The shifter handles are different.

Just a note, my picture above is a 66 Barracuda, but it is a very early model that still had the Valiant emblems front and rear. I had never notice this piece on any of the other 66's I had or the holes for that matter.
I have some. I'm upgrading to the bigger rotor brackets $40.00 plus shipping or you can pick up in Fontana/Rancho Cucamonga. I don't have the bolts or anything else just the bare bracket
I have one in Rancho Cucamonga 904 trans worked good when removed about 5 years ago. It's been stored outside covered we would have to probably drop the pan make sure no water got into it. $150 if your interested with converter. Came out of a 1968 Dart should be fine for your application. PM me...

I have an X block don't really plan on selling it. If I did sell it what would a general value range be? My block is in excellent condition standard 340 bore size.
I'm here in California and I keep an eye out for Dodge, Plymouth frames at swap meets. They are hard to come across even here in California. Checking on ebay often is probably your best shot.
I lost a couple of those when I had the radiator cleaned out. How are they installed from the back? They have tabs that hold them in if I remember right. I have been waiting to get my shroud coated before reinstalling it.
Also wondering what the value of a nice driver quality chrome breather would be. I know what it's worth to me just curious what you guys think it might be worth.
Looking for 66 Commando chrome breather with Califonia C.A.P. with nice chrome and good shape.
Should look like the one in the picture below but chrome.

1966 Barracuda Inland 4 speed console shifter handle needed.
Looking for one in nice shape and operational. I would also consider one that is non operational as far as the reverse lockout is concerned that still has a nice finish. Whats you got?
