OK I have a set of wheels I want to run on my 68 Barracuda. The fronts are 15x7.5 with a 4.25 backspacing. I have been told that the tires will contact the sway-bar. If this is true will the later spool type k alleviate this problem because of the different sway-bar? And while I'm here maybe...

Thanks I did'nt meen to hijack this thread but I appreciate you explaining. I suppose that I'll have to get the front end done i.e. complete rebuild then just see what I can get as far as lowering before I consider doing this procedure. It may be worth the flow for some drop spindles.

72nblu could you elaborate on clocking the torsion bar anchors. I've heard of this but never fully understood the procedure. I'd like to be able to go low with the large 1" bars I have while keeping the stock spindles.

Should'nt the member who sold them make it right with you? I've had a mishap or two selling stuff and have always made it good with the other party. Its just part of doing business with old or used parts, mistakes happen its how you handle it that makes your rep.
