When we started the freshly rebuilt 360 the other day, it ran for 5 minutes and got up to 240 degrees. Shut it off at that point. While it was cooling down, I decided to take a look at the oil. It looked like coffee creamer. Drained the oil and removed the filter at that point. Pulled the # 8...

Once again I am faced with a set back. I have a Hughes 27-30 TC and a B&M 10239 FP. I think the tabs on the TC are not welded in the proper place. The reason I say that is the stock FP lines up perfectly with the B&M FP. Has anyone ever experienced this problem?

Finishing up 360. Go to place new valve covers on and realize they will need to be notched the same way my old covers were done to fit on my RPM AirGap. Are there any valve covers out there that will not have to be notched using a M1 and J heads?
