I have a 1920 that I took off a 225, with the rebuild kit. Boxed and ready to ship. I decided to buy a replacement rather than rebuild, didn't have the time or convenience to have the car off the road for more than half a day. Make me a reasonable offer for carb and rebuild kit.

Ran the lines and checked for leaks. Let it get hot and checked the idle. A quarter turn and she ran top shelf. Still plan on checking the timing and checking valve lash in the coming weeks but for now she is happy.

There is gas but not enough to actually get anywhere near the carb inlet. So no Squirts from the jets.

Havent had a chance to get outside and check yet. But I will start with the "squirters" and check the accelerator pump and bowl gasket from there. Filter was replaced only a month ago and its the visible fram model.

After running the car you can start it right back up, but if it sits for two or more hours you need to give it another shot to get her going.

Ok repaired the wire, but no change. still no charge going to the battery. With a solid state regulator it wont charge the battery with a black box regulator it over charges. I can't wrap my head around why. any suggestions??
