That sounds like a reasonable approach, the process of elimination. You can always go back. Your driveshaft could also be the cause of vibration. Not sure how you would check that.

You can start by drilling out the spot welds. Harbor freight has the drill bits for about $10. They work well.

Yeah I saw they had some more sizes but was disappointed that they didn't had the size I wanted for a 17 x 10 rim. They had sizes all around it though.

Do the door hinges have pins? If so, they may be worn causing the sag. Replacing the pins (if that's how they're constructed) would be an easy fix.
