Power steering gear box valve leak

Questions for the group, My 1967 Dart power steering box is leaking between the box and valve. I’ve researched here, and found that it’s probably a couple o-rings gone bad. Seems as though it’s a common issue or so. Question is... when I take the valve off, are there springs or valves that...

    1967 Dart Concept Parts

I’ve been working on my interior of my 1967 Dart. I have finished the carpet and the seat bottoms. The seat covers are Legendary, and have the correct upper covers for the emblems to go into. That, is where I’ve had some issues. I haven’t been able to find medallions online that were nice...

My brother bought the car in 1992 and blew the motor in 93. Brother graduated high school and sold the car to friend...

    67 Dart trunk clips (homemade)

Hello all, I recently finished my exterior and made some trim clips for my GT trim panel. I’ve read others asking for them and thought I’d share what I had come up with to complete mine. I made mine out of steel and painted them with epoxy paint. I used a sheet metal bender to get the angles...

    1967 Dart Gauge Insert

After trying to get my factory gauges to not only work but to be some what accurate to no prevail, I've decided to go to Spedhut gauges. I found there were no off the shelf cluster inserts, so I'm building one. I've tried to keep the factory feeling in the shape. The dash will be a leather/paint...

    Gauge issue

I have installed a Speedhut 2 1/16 fuel gauge (set at 10-73 ohms). When I accelerate, the gauge needle lowers. When left at an idle, the gauge will increase and get to about 7/8 full and stay pretty steady. When I turn off the car and restart, the needle doesn't go back to the same location...

    Temp. Gauge Issue

1967 Dart Replaced dash VL (brand:Standard) I'm getting 12-13 volts to circuit board and pulsating volts (0-6 or so) to gauges. As the vehicle sits cold, the gauge needle sits below the Cold mark. Warm the vehicle up to at least 180 degrees from cold and the needle moves to the Cold line...

    360 break-in

As many of you know, I have rebuilt a 1975 360 for my '67 Dart. Well, it has fired off and everything went well. Ran her for about 25 minutes at nothing below 2300 rpm (verying up and down during that time). I bought a few parts from the forum members here, and everything worked out great. These...

    Column shift issue...

I took my column apart to change out the turn signal cancelation part. I have removed two screws that didn't need to be removed, and now need to know how to get them back in. The holes no long have thread and I believe the internals have rotated. Please let me know if there is a way to match the...

    Engine combo advice

Hello, I have been working on a 67 Dart and was hoping to get a couple of questions answered. This is a, "Budget" build, of course over budget already. 1. What do you all think about the set up? 2. Looking to get a radiator - possibly a 2 core 22" Champion. Would this be enough to cool...

    1969 727 core (Dart 383 trans)

Hello, I got a transmission on trade I don't need. I was looking to see if there might be an interest in it. The numbers on it are: 2892091L26027968 It looks like it comes back to a 1969 model year with the big block dart as a possible match. It has no converter. Looking to see what a...

    New member

Hello from Southern California. I have acquired a 1967 Dart. It was a small block car with an automatic. I'm currently building a 360 for it and working on the front suspension. The car will be for my son who is fourteen, if he is good! I'm hoping to have it on the road by the time he is...
