Hello, I have a 65 Barracuda 273 V8 with a 2bbl carb and want to change over to a 4bbl setup. I'v tried looking for an original 4bbl setup for the same year barracuda, to much no luck. Can anyone help me with the parts I will need to convert this to a 4bbl carb and intake new. thanks.

I need some help. I have a 65 Barracuda V8 273 with front dist rear drum manual brakes. I cant find the right master cylinder. Is this off a 72 duster? or a 72 Dart? and does anyone stock this or is it a special order only. Thanks.

I installed a rebuilt carter 2bbl on my 65 Cuda 273 V8. it runs fine when I take it for a short drive. When I turn it off it starts up but when I put it in gear it wants to stall unless I really rev the engine and keep it going. Is this a vapor lock issue? only happens when the care is warmed...

there is fuel leaking from one of the screws under the carb bowl, but it is not leaking enough to drain the bowl completely. Are the two screws the jets?

I bought this 2bbl bendix Stromberg on ebay and it seemed to run ok. Is there another brand of carburetor I can use instead of this carb? Carter? just asking.

I did pour a little fuel down the carb, it starts up and than I can keep it running, even drive it around. But when I turn the car off, I cannot start it again with out squirting a little fuel or carb cleaner down the carb. ???? driving me crazy.

pumped the gas pedal a few times after it's warm. It starts then dies right away, spray carb cleaner in the carb and it starts right up. Also tried keeping the gas pedal to the floor while cranking, but it will not start. This must be a carburetor issue?

My 65 Cuda has been sitting for about 2weeks. The fuel filter is empty and I can't seem too get fuel to the carb. It has a new fuel pump and was pumping fuel before I let it sit. Is this common after the car sits? Help.

I unbolted my starter, disconnected the wires and the starter is loose. I can't get the starter out of the car. It seems like there is not room to get it out, I have turned the wheel all the way to the right but I just cant seem to het this thing out. I have spent way too much time on this...

I am on my second Stromberg carb. I just got this one on ebay car is running pretty good but noticed it is leaking fuel under the bowl. Where could this be coming from? Also is there another 2 or 4 bbl carb that will bolt right on and work better on this 273 engine? thanks for the help.
