Thanks, I think the 1.03 will work for what I want. The entire front end has been rebuilt. I just haven't cornered with bumps like this. It was damn interesting for sure.

I have the originals and have the car sitting lower than stock. It botoms out on the bump stops and is very soft. what torsion bars are reccomended?

I know there are threads on it. But in all actuality how easy or hard is it to do an at home rebuild? Mine is leaking, grinds 1,2 on the down shift and has a stuck ,and I mean damn stuck, drain plug.

nothing wrong with an eddy for a unmodified motor. I have had issues trying to get them right with modified engines. Then I run a holley.

Whatta ya know. I did what the guy said and turned the screw in then back out realigned the front end and all is well so far. Wheel is staying straight. I hate gremlins

Try a search on the forum first. It comes in quite handy. I use it all the time. Unless I am stumped and can't find an answer.

I don't see any damage to anything. K frame looks good and solid. I can't see the ball joints causing this particular issue. Its either in the pitman arm or the steering box. I have to pull the arm anyway when I remove the box. SO I will check it all at once.
