Hey all, does anyone know if there are re-pops available for the stainless trim on the front and rear glass the hardtop? I've got the eyebrows for the rear but don't have the bottom strip and don't seem to have any stainless for the front at all. I don't really need to get new ones and am...

    68 dart 440

looks killer Joe, can't wait to watch it come together. The door card design really works, shame you're not doing the tan any more I think it would have done even more to seperate the car from the rest of the pack. Not that I think this one will need much help to stand out

    68 dart 440

Thanks for that, I re-read the thread and realized that you'd mentioned earlier that they were magnum force so I felt like a dope after that. I'd still like to see a shot of them installed if thats possible especially since no floor molestation is required to install them.

    68 dart 440

Are the SFC's in the car? If so is there any chance of getting a pic? (I know that would be a pain with the car on the ground) Did you have to cut the floor or are they made to clear it. Nice to see you've made the leap from Lat-G. Great looking project! the green with the tan looks awsome.

New Thread-to Be Or Not To Be?

You know the old saying: "If it aint broke, fix it anyway!" I say customise, radical or subtle its up to you. When I was searching for a project I found a car that was ready to be restored, I passed on it because I could bring my self to modify a restorable car. Then found a car that had...

    68 Barracuda FB S clone

great work, the dash looks a treat and its so true what you said about service. I'll happily pay a couple of extra bucks if someone is prepared to spend the time to help me with my enquiry. The funny thing is that those are usually the places that are the best price anyway. Keep it up.

    another 68 dart resto project

Great pics, I've added them to my folder full of various IRS pics. You're spot on about the coilover front end, as long as the upper mount is sufficiently re-enforced there's no reason you can't go air or coilovers, lets face it the mini-truck guys have been converting torsion bar set ups...

    another 68 dart resto project

love your plans and enthusiasm. Those ideas you have for the car sound really unique, which is not an easy feet now that just about everything has been done. I've been investigating putting IRS into my VG hardtop, (same as the 68 Dart from "A" pillar back) so I'm keen to see your rear end set...
