I purchased a 71 Owners manual with "misc papers" among the papers is the Consumer Information print out for a 71 Plymouth Scamp. Last four of the VIN is 0534, if you're a '71 Scamp owner with those last 4, hit me up, we'll get your paperwork squared away (if the rest of the VIN matches). :)

The column isn't centered, which doesn't look right. However it turns with ease, no binding, noise etc. So, is this correct? If not, please provide guidance. Manuals aren't cutting it and I don't have any example close by to work from. Thanks
