Yeah thats what I was thinking, just found some 17x10.5s for really cheap and thought I would give it a shot. I couldn't find a good deal on used bullitt wheels with black spokes so think I'm just going to go with some new re-manufactured bullitt wheels that I know will fit.

Do you think the size of spacer I would need to run would be too big?

I found some 17x10.5 Bullitt wheels on craigslist and they say they are deep dish, just wondering if they will fit on my 72 Dart. Thanks, Dan

People are saying that the warranties will be good for sure and they also don't expect Chrysler to just die. Its not a good thing they are going bankrupt but it doesn't mean its the end of Chrysler.

How big are the rust holes on the quarters and does the Hemi come with a transmission?

I am assuming that they are there so that when the back end hits a wall going sideways it doesn't want to catch and flip the car around causing more damage.

The kid I bought my Dart from put 73 challenger seats in it and obviously they don't fit correctly but I managed to make them work. I am wanting to go with black racing seats instead because I'm going for more of a pro touring style car and was wondering what I could get for my current seats...

How did you go about mounting the seat? I have been wanting to get some different seats but didn't know how hard it would be to actually get them in the car correctly.

Question about a trubo setup, besides having the turbo/turbos and the required tubing and intercooler how does your engine have to be built to accommodate for the turbo? I heard that without forged internals you should be able to run about 7lbs of boost.

When RMD was still around I decided I didn't want to go with them because I didn't like the idea of buying an $800 dash so I built my own. It took me a long time but I think it will pay off because I am getting the look I want for only like 60 dollars in material but lots of man hours.

Only one that I have seen lately is a 74 Duster that looks to be in pretty good condition for $4900.

Haha, yep we will see. Once it is all done I will have to cars to smoke, his 73 and his 77 that has a 350 with carb and headers and a 4 speed that he thinks can beat my Dart. Hopefully he still has the 77 so I can stomp it first then when he decides to whip out the big guns I can stomp the 73...

Good to see my car isn't the only one with the quarter cut out like that. I didn't decide to do it like that, the quarters were all rusted out and when we started work on them we founds loads of bondo. We later figured out that the previous owner cut them out then just bended the flat metal up...

Ok so what I am gathering is leave the 318 in there, put a new Holley Double Pumper(what cfm would you recommend?), get some cal-tracs, a pinion snubber, some racing shocks and possibly some new springs and also get some sticky tires. Look correct?
