So i have converted to a performer intake aand carb, the original EGR valve is to big for the clearance needed to put the orig. EGR valve back. any suggestions on how to get around that? oh and where do you find a EGR gasket that fits? autozone didnt have it and neither did the dealer.

what size line is the vaccum from the distributor to the carb on a 318 motor?

no, they do not HAVE to be edelbrock. holley,demon, carter..whatever you fancy. however it sure would be nice to have something thats meant to work in harmony with each other if you can ya know.

i just bought this lightly used 1406 edelbrock carb from another FABO member and the part that is there stock on the linkage that the lokar kickdown linkage connects to appears to be shaved off...no wonder i was having problems hooking it up! so what do i do now? i dont have a welder fyi. would...

ok so its 3/8 from top to bottom. i have a 3ft section on braided steel line, its actully a little long but i was curious if anyone has cut this stuff to put a fuel filter on?

yeah i have come to that conclusion as well. i have started looking and u can get them fairly inexpensive. plus it will match my intake!
