well I just ordered a 3.5 something for my dana 60. Should be here monday or tuesday. Allong with an eaton locker and all the needed parts to build up the housing.

well that was my thought as well. But I need a dana as I am planning on really big power. (at or over 1000hp eventually) so I decided to build it once and forget it.it will cost a little more now, but not haveing to worry if it brakes and spending more and more $$$ to keep it going is fine by me.

yeah the converter will be custom built. i have run the same brand converter in all of my mopars, and they know the modern hemi. so ill be having them build me one.

don't know............im looking at 4.10 or 4.30 for my dana60. But the 7.25 that is under the car currently has never been looked at. Because, who cares what gear is in it. It won't hold up to the 5.7 hemi, espically when I hit it with a 150 shot of nitrous. Might just have to blow up the 7.25...

all the LX family of cars cam with an IRS rear in them. unless you want to do a ton of fab work it will not be a bolt in deal. and the rears in the LX cars have been known to fail. they will not hold up to much power. (above the factory 5.7 and 6.1 hemi levels) i would say about 100-150 more HP...
