This is the company that I used a few times. They rechromed the cluster for my Dart, Coronet and a couple other trim parts I had. Mr G's, they are from Texas. They did great work on my stuff. www.mrgusa.com

The four speed console has a notch cut in the side for shifter clearence. there is a cover that goes over it and gets covered with carpet. I have used automatic consoles in four speed cars a few times before and worked out fine.

I am probably the only one that prefers the bench seat in my Dart. I had buckets in it for a while, but put the bench back in after a short time. And, with the four speed, I actually like the looks of the interior with the bench better.

Legendary has good products, I use them for all my Mopars. You door panels look really nice.

If you are talking about your new Barracuda the choice is easy...go with the cover. I bought a new pad for my 71 hemicuda, it is a non air, 3 speaker dash pad and I pad over $600.00. I installed a cover on a 72 cuda for a customer and it looks great.

Don't worry about asking questions...that is what the forums are all about. You have to remember that 70 and up have the key in the column. 1970 is the only year that doesn't have the key release lever on the column. also check the length...power steering amd manual steering shaft are different...

I got new uphostery for my 70 340 Swinger from Legendary. From what I understand, they supply Year one, Paddock and others.

The B bodies are wider so I don't think the seat would fit...but I don't know for sure

Like they said...clean vinyl is the key to a good dye job. I dyed the interior from burnt orange to black, including the seats, in my 68 Charger and it worked out great. I used spray nine to get the vinyl clean and then applied multiple light coats of dye.

I had to make something similar a few while back. I used cardboard to get the basic shape, then I covered the cardboard with fiberglass resin. Sanded and shaped the piece to fit, covered it with carpet and there you go. I couldn't find one so I had to make my own.

Dyeing interior panels is fairly easy. First use a good cleaner....not a protectorant. Armor all has silicone that will cause fisheyes in the paint. I use a cleaner like spray nine. Yes the dash can be removed from a dart. two bolts behind the kick panels and a row of screws around the windshield. Either remove the cluster, or the wiring and the whole thing should come out. I have removed them on my 70 340 swinger and a couple others as well. Hope this helps.
