Flat Towing a 68 Barracuda from Marion SD to Greenwood, SC

Nice color. I brought my wagon home with fresh paint on a 300 mile trip but the paint had been drying for over a month. No issues but I may have gotten lucky. I love road trips. Good luck!!

Can anyone identify the seats in this car?

I saved pics of this early A body a while back in hopes of being able to identify what kind of car the front seats came out of. Someone may even know who's car this is. I've struck out so I will ask the experts. I figure with everyone's vast car knowledge on this forum surely someone will know ...

Quick question, Does anyone know off the top of their head what size pipe plug to use for the fill port on a 741 case? I accidentally got por 15 on the threads when I painted it and had to drill the stupid thing out. (DOH!!)

Looking for early A convertible pics

Love the tan top EASYRIDER. She's a beauty! That's a great color MNMOPAR. I wonder how common the luggage rack was for an option? I don't recall seeing too many of them. Gareth, looks like you have your hands full! I thought I was being bold splicing in a new firewall in my wagon. Very cool...

    Would you rock this ride??

Well I'm sad to report that this duster will not be joining my fleet. Typical Midwest car that has had patch panels on both quarters, trunk floor, spare tire well and poorly covered up surface rust in the engine compartment. Nice 10 footer but not what I'm looking for.

    Would you rock this ride??

I posted yesterday about 71 duster tailights on a 72 car. I'm not sure how they ended up on the car as the car was purchased at an estate sale years ago and then traded to a dealer. Maybe who ever did the car liked 70-71 tailights better. Maybe they couldn't find a nice set of 72 taillights...

Duster 71 tail lights on 72 model?

The 2 I saw had surface mount side marker lights (72) , 72 vins and 71 taillights. Knuckle, I thought 70-71 looked best until I saw your pic. Hmmm....

Duster 71 tail lights on 72 model?

I've been keeping my eye open for a nice Duster. I prefer 70 and 71 models. I have come across a couple of Dusters claiming to be 72 models but have 71 tailights. Does anyone know if Plymouth made some 72 models with 71 model tailights? These have 1972 vin numbers and 72 side marker lights but...

    vin question

I have moved on. Too many things to consider with a vin situation like that. I'm surprised a dealership of this size would even list a car like that.

    vin question

That's what I thought. I saw this car advertised as a 1973 Dart , duster clone. 4th digit in the vin is a 3 (hardtop). I'm finding it hard to believe that someone went through all the trouble to change a hardtop into a duster. Kinda makes me think something is fishy?? 1973 Dodge Dart | GR Auto...

    vin question

Can someone tell me what the 4th digit for a 73 dart sport is suppose to be? Looking at what is suppose to be a 73 dart sport that has been made into a 72 duster. Thanks

    Help with trim restoration

The shop I checked with does mostly Mopar trim. The 67 Gt panel has has alternating textured and polished pinstripes. They said when sand and polish the panel you will lose the finish on it.

    Help with trim restoration

I just got my 67 Dart Gt back from paint and my trim looks like crap. Can anyone recommend a place to restore my Gt trunk trim panel? I checked with a place in Michigan and they said they won't touch it. They will do my 4 pieces that go across the trunk for $60 a pop. Starting to wonder If I...
