    crypto currency investing, anyone?

The +3.41 is how much the value has changed since the trading day-opening. Generally, you hold stocks (regular ones) just as long as you believe in the succes of the company behind it. If you just want to day-trade, or buy/sell on every change in the market-price .. well good luck, it will...

Bringing My Amiga 500 Computer Out of Mothballs

I've always been of the opinion that whoever played with Atari's or ZXSpectrums at that time, ended up in the Windows darkhole, and those who worked with the Commodore computers usually ended up working with Apple Macs later on.

Bringing My Amiga 500 Computer Out of Mothballs

First encounter with computers was a Philips Videopac G7000. A game-console with an onboard keyboard that used ROM-cartridges with games on them. Also bought a 'programmer' (nr.9) cartridge once, but I recall it was very useless due to the limited 99 memory locations available in the console...

Guess at 50 I'm missing it again 'cause you seem to have to know some kind of secret handshake to be able to see anything on that obscure cult-site...

That's called Air-Traction. It's the latest thing. Saves wearing down the tires too much in one season.

Been using my '60 NewYorker as a daily driver to commute to work and grocery-shopping for the last 10 days because my Dart is in the garage for some 'roofwork'.

A question about etiquette ...What to expect for a day of helping people?

I would've started throwing out some hints at the 2-3hr mark about some food&drinks and maybe a 'how much it would've cost if he let a shop do the job', and adjust my workspeed according to the actions taken from those hints.

Do they tighten - or loosen?

I'm running mechanical lifters on a hydraulic cam, means you have to use a tight lash of at least 0.006"-0.007". Iron block and heads. Any tighter and the engine starts to run rough at idle when warm, meaning some valves aren't positively closing. At 0.010" lash the engine/valves gets noisy.

Dealings with TG Motorsports, Miami Florida...?

Didn't know that. I tried to go through the eBay-complaint system a few times with not much succes. The 'Return Request' I was able to file drew a blank after 2 weeks too. Probably because the SoB never even responded to eBay either. Bought the item late december. Received the part late...

Dealings with TG Motorsports, Miami Florida...?

Small block solid lifters. At the time I didn’t much offered. But I’ve already bought a new set so that’s good. Compared to the positives he had on ebay I thought he should be alright. I know/knew better not to trust the ebay feedback system anymore that much.

Dealings with TG Motorsports, Miami Florida...?

Anyone had any dealings with "Toni" or "dragsterboy135" on ebay, from his shop "TG Motorsports LLC" from Miami, Florida? I ordered a set of new solid lifters from him through eBay few months ago, but I was sent a box with used oily hydraulic lifters. No reply at all, through eBay or direct...
