I have installed quite a few windows on combines and tractors the way 95teetee stated, you will also need to clean the class and the car with water and then rubbing alcohol before you install, find some boards and ratchet straps and tighten the window down after glued and installed.

If you did this at all, I would make the doors to where they could not open and hide some sort of support in there. Then you would have to climb over the doors to get in and out, otherwise, like stated.. Do not do this, that is unless there is no value to your life.. and if so.. just buy a bike.

I have not seen any tail light changes, but I have seen a bunch of exhaust mods. Rerouting the tips through the bumper and paint the bumper body color.

better watch out on paint remover, it can cause damage to plastic.

get a sand blaster, set it on the lowest setting and stand a ways back and dust the grill with it. This should take off the paint and not cause any damage.
