I have good success with Dynamic, and they are good to work with.

The low gear set came in later transmissions like a 998/999, and you will need to get deep into the trans to do it.

I run the same set up in all of my cars with 5 discs in 4 drum, i was told you there is certain years of the 999 5 disc drum that could be used, but not many of them around anymore. Pro Trans is the place, i need to get an alum drum from them for my Stocker.

This is what you want to do, i had someone install a 5 clutch drum in a early trans, and one day at the track it shattered the case and broke the lower ears off the engine, wasted the driveshaft and ring & pinon. NOT WORTH IT!!

You will not need a new pump, if you want to run 5 clutch set up, check A&A transmissions they have all the correct clutchs and steels you will need. i use a 4.2 lever, but it may depend on what valve body you use.

71 and later 904s have bigger servos, those are the years i prefer

67 and earlier the pump is different, and you cannot use a later TC

If you use the the collar, you will need to set the bearing pre-load on the pinon bearings

Sometimes it can be difficult if you don't have a shim to start with, different gear ratios and manufactures can make a difference. I have done ones with .030 shims and last one i set up with a 5.13 gear took .78 shim to get it right.

It will be very difficult to compress the spring with trans in car.

Richmond are noisy, even when they are set up right

Stick with the 904

Call A&A transmission and get everything you need, they have all the good to stuff.

Do not use this http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mor-85850/overview/ I did and it failed on the starting line, i upgraded to a 1350 yoke form doctor diff, and i will never have another problem, i had a driveline/possible pinon gear let go at a 1000 ft and that yoke was solid.

If your Cuda was a 67 or later it would be much easier to build, the early ones are a pain
