Here is my interior....just for reference. It's a '74 model. The front was redone with Legendary and the rear is original. For what ever reason...age I guess, the inserts in the rear seat seem just a wee bit darker than the border compared to the fronts.

I am prepping my '70 Duster for paint and want to remove the outer window felts. Can these be removed with the side door glass in place? From what I can tell they have a hook-on type fastener and it looks like there is just a bit of play,side to side, regarding the glass that may make this...

Check out what trimparts made for my '70 Duster. They used a paper template that I provided for measurements and I chose "sky blue" to match the floor carpet. Fits perfect! and the color blends well with the metallic blue interior.

No the '72 is different from the '73. If I recall correctly I think the rear arm rests in a Dodge Omni or Plymouth Horizon would work in your '73 Dart sport...worth a look! You could color match to suit the restoration.

The glue really helped to firm up the problem area and you can slightly notice the foam was separating and causing a bulge near the left post if you look at it head on but side profile has been restored to look original. I made sure to wipe off all contaminants really good and then applied B7...

I am working on my '70 Duster and want to install the remote control for my left side view mirror. Can someone please take measurements of it's proper location. I believe the hole should be 7/8". Thankyou! Don't pay any attention to the present hole that the remote and cables are poking...

Thankyou! How long did you wait before clear coating? Had good weather, thankfully, low 80's. This paint dries fast too.

Chrome strip is close to original but no where near the original quality. This aftermarket chrome strip has a slightly shorter profile than the originals but it looks good!

I can't remove them......working on the drivers side presently and it seems like the inboard rail is preventing the headrest from coming out. I tried fishing a long zip tie and an old oil dip stick along the back of the rail in an effort to help the rail release but no luck... I don't want to...

I am getting ready to install new carpet in the Duster. I will use a insulation layer similar to dynamat. Does anyone know if there is an underlayment kit available or needed or will the dynamat serve this purpose as well? My carpet has the jute backing but I am curious about the underlayment...

When I tug on the cardboard it seems to pull on the bottom of the headliner.....maybe it has just bonded to it over time...I will get a plastic scrapper and will try to separate where it touches the bottom of the headliner...

Hey, thankyou. I'm glad you had experience with this as I'm sure I wasn't on to the next best idea since sliced bread :cheers:, but you never know sometimes. I saw the repros and will end up getting these once the seats are recovered. Thxs a bunch!
