    Long lug nuts

The factory parts book lists a different number for them.

    Long lug nuts

I need both sides, so, 10 LH, and 10 RH. They're over 2" long and for standard steel wheels. Only the factory look will do on this build.

    Long lug nuts

That looks like one for mag wheels. Too short anyway and I seriously doubt they have ANY with LH threads....which I need for the driver's side.

    Long lug nuts

    I suspect it's just a shorter version....the 1 5/16" ones instead of the 2 3/16" ones?

    Long lug nuts

All the stock 13" steel wheels for the Abody I've seen have been 4" wide. I can't remember what kind of lug nuts they used with the exposed lug nut wheel covers. I've only personally owned the 14" version.

    Long lug nuts

Mitchell wants over $200 for them now. For that price, my used ones are looking better all the time!

    Long lug nuts

Anyone have a good source for the factory long chrome lug nuts that were used on the '65-6 A-bodies with the exposed lug nut wheel covers? Layson's shows them as "coming soon" in stainless, but, no date or price yet. I guess I could get mine rechromed, but, I thought I'd ask here in case there's...

    Barracuda Wheels

I just put a set of 225/70/14 BFG's on my '66. The fit nice and I think they look great. I'm using the optional stock 14 X 5 1/2" wheels. I have 9" X 28" wrinklewall slicks in the rear of my other '66. That's about as big as you can go without modifying the wheel opening, or going with some...

    Hub Caps

Those look like later wheels and hub caps. I think the ones the OP posted go on wheels with the spring clips. I'd like to see the other side to verify.

What do they measure? Photo of the other sides?

1966 valiant wheel and tire size question

There's a few variables that might influence what will fit. Many times the rear axle wasn't centered in car from the factory, so, one side might have more clearance than the other. In a stock wheel well, I found with the stock wheel offset, I could put a 9" wide tire and a 28" diameter one...

    torque specs for wheels

The factory drum brakes used 7/16" studs, the disc brakes used 1/2". Over torquing can ruin the holes on the steel wheels.

    torque specs for wheels

Is the torque specs on a Mopar 1/2"-20 any different than a Ford 1/2"-20? (or any other brand for that matter)

    Lug wrench - stupid question?

3/4" is correct for the stock lug nuts. If you have those early Cragar wheels, they used an 11/16" wrench size.

Disc brake conversion / front wheels

They should be if it's stock.

    Wheel question

I'd bring the wheel with you to several tire and stores and see what will fit. I see no screw holes so you'll either need to drill some, get snap-in caps, or ones that push through from the back side.

    Wheel question

A lot of mags have the manufacturer cast into the back side.

    rally wheel questions

Yes, the pentastar centers were indeed available in the 4" pattern in '72....in fact, they were the only ones available that year.

    Spare wheel?

I wouldn't recommend using any FWD wheels on your car. In an emergency avoidance situation, they can cause a loss of control.

Are all police/cop rims 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern???

X2.......at least in this country. Do you have small bolt pattern ones in Australia?

Disc brake conversion / front wheels

I've used both the 14 X 4 1/2" and 14 X 5 1/2" stock wheels on the factory KH disc brakes with no interference problems. Do you have a photo of your wheels that you can post here?

    1965 Barracuda road wheels

Those are pretty tough to find.....especially the LH ones. I know a couple of guys who installed extra long studs and used regular lug nuts to hold the wheels on and then added an aftermarket chrome lug nut to stick through the wheel cover to get the stock look. Check E-bay for stock ones....I...

    wheels

........................................................................................................ Welcome to FABO! If your car is stock, it would have come with 13 X 4 1/2" wheels on a 4" bolt pattern otherwise known as the small bolt pattern (SBP). The factory only made 3 other wheels...

    mid 80's dodge truck wheels

Yes, the change in bolt pattern was between '84 and '85 model years. It went from the 4 1/2" pattern to the 5 1/2". The earlier 4 X 4's had the big pattern also.

    rally wheel questions

None of the ones in your photos look to be correct for your wheels. They should have the evenly spaced, multigripper type mounting but there should be no lower lip. Brushed stainless is the correct finish.

    rally wheel questions

I haven't seen any stock ones that width either......14 X 5 1/2 is the only SBP rallys I've seen.

Whats the b/s on a cop wheel

    The typical mid-late '70's cop car wheel is a 15 X 7" with a 5-lug 4 1/2" bolt circle.

problems with cragar SS lug nuts???

Another check to see if you have the correct lug nuts is to check the wrench size. A-bodies are the only ones I know of that use an 11/16" one.

    Stock wheels

Yup, the largest stock wheel in the small bolt pattern is a 14 X 5 1/2". Anything bigger would have to be made.
