its probably 5 on 4 and yes there are aftermarket wheels made for these

Welcome to FABO! If your car is stock, it would have come with 13 X 4 1/2" wheels on a 4" bolt pattern otherwise known as the small bolt pattern (SBP). The factory only made 3 other wheels with that bolt pattern (other than the '69 recall wheels)....14 X 4 1/2" and 14 X 5 1/2 in a plain steel wheel and rally wheel also in the bigger size. There are many aftermarket companies that carry wheels in that bolt pattern too but don't use any FWD wheels in the 100mm bolt pattern because under certain conditions, they can be dangerous. Check with Wheel Vintiques and this link to a company that makes some nice wheels too.
