    Which leaf spring?

Well These are mopars and need the crap driven out of them....not fun polishing and trailering. Ss springs can be a bit rough, but they do settle once you do several whole shots and drive it like it was meant. If its too high you can install lowering blocks starting at 3/4" up to 2" but I would...

Possibly the ugliest Barracuda I have ever draged home, But it is so cool!

As much as I like to see that body style resto modded or pro streeted I would have to keep that car original as possible being what it is. If it were mine of course. Nice score, nice color too, wow, rare.

    exhausted....

Yeah, the first shop sounds like they don't like getting dirty nor do they know how to do anything but bolt on mufflers and tail pipes. I had a meineke back in pennsylvania that would ask the muscle car guys to come in after hours. He would lock the door, break out the pipe bender, and weld up...

    rat or not to rat

X-2! I just spent a few weeks with my Dad and I have never really talked to him much about his past and we talked alot about cars recently. He told me that the big thing when he was younger was to dechrome the cars and get rid of all the flash pieces in addition to either keeping it bone...

No response in brake section, sorry. Quick question!

I have manual disks with just a T-fitting going to the fronts and an adjustable rear porportioning valve to the rears. Stops just fine even when I stab them quickly.

No but I used lowering blocks and longer U bolts.
  23. cudaspaz

    Frame Connectors?

I used the mopar performance bolt on deals.Kinda cheapo, but they work. Had to use washers to shim the fronts a bit and drill some holes to bolt the rear sections in. Then I welded them wherever they touched the floor and welded the front and rear areas fully at the perimeters. They...

How much should it be shortened....

I would call your drivesgaft shop and ask them what exact measurements you need from them. Different shops ask you for different measurements. My local shop asked me to measure the very rear surface of the output shaft splines to the flat mating surface of the rear yoke which would be the...
