where is everyone drilling the large hole for the wiring connnectors with this hotwire harness ? seems like if its on the firewall wil stick out like a sore thumb . just looking for some ideas of what other ways you guys may have run yours . please let me know your thoughts and ideas, thanks ed

i am using the factory computer connectors so you have to drill a 2.25" hole in the fire wall , so i was interested what other people may be doing to dress this hole up with a cover of sorts . thanks for all the ideas so far. ed

no i am keeping the orig. bulkhead , and adding the 2.25 hole for the new harness , so i am wondering how people are cleaning up the hole for the new wiring , sorry for the confusion . thanks ed

that looks great , did they reconfigure somthing in the top tank ? kind of looks like the flow would go straight down from one hose to the other and cooling would be compromised, or am i missing somthing here?? thanks ed

i was reading a chassis book and it said to have the established the rake of the finished vehicle, so if the cars rocker was going to be parallel to the road you would be fine , but if you added ss springs would this change everything or just the rear degrees ????? can anybody elaborate on this...

running the stock ram trans , i see the mount will have to be made , and was just curious on the height , do we end up just making the engine and trans level ? my body has no rearend in it right now so i cant check pinion angle from the rear? thanks ed

is there a rule of thumb for setting the height of the trans mount , i will have the engine in with the k frame bolts but i will not have the rearend in at this time , is there any sort of base line . or does anyone have a dimension for me to use as a guideline ? thanks ed

if i have a 2006 5.7 ram hemi , and a 2005 5.7 automatic trans from a ram , which flexplate do i use . i am only going with stock pieces ? i have heard 05 an 06 may be different , can anybody confirm this ? thanks ed

I have a 2006 5.7 hemi out of a ram , do i need to stay with a 06 computer or is the 05 ok as well ? Can it be a 4x4 or do i want to go with a 2x4 ccomputer, is this going to matter? I want to get it running with stock computer with no flash for now ? Thanks ed

does anyone know if this is at all possible 5.7 hemi with the truck auto trans and hooking up the column shifter to it and haveing it work in a 70 duster? are these tranmissions still shifted with and arm like the old ones or are they electric? thanks ed
