I went to a few of those sites out of curiosity. Sometimes the 185 size disappears when you really try to purchase, while other sizes pop up as subs.

I just purchased a pair of Hankook at the 185/14 size online for $77.00 USD with free delivery (need to pay mounting/balancing). It's funny how some local stores can't accommodate me.

I paid $80.00 USD (each) for the two I have.

About six months ago I purchased a pair of P185/75R14 tires and now I need another pair to match. However, the local tire shops here (Mexico) tell me that size in just not available. How is it in the USA, same story? Thank you.

The tire in post #1 came on the vehicle I purchased 14 years ago, not sure of the tire date. Drove it 2,400 miles on those tires since 2008.

Removed and stacked the tires/wheels yesterday that I removed from our '65 Valiant Signet convertible. This afternoon I walked by and found one tire had given up its ghost.

Back in the '70's, the first mod I made on my '65 Valiant four-door was a pair of 13" slotted aluminum mags in the factory 5X4 bolt pattern, mounted with A60-13 raised white letter tires on the rear (sorry no photos).

How did the '71 Twister model (available only with slant 6 or 318) manage to employ the rallye wheels without the center caps? Was the wheel bearing grease dust cap plain or chrome? As far as I know, the 1965 Formula S Barracuda was factory equipped with Goodyear 6.95 X 14 tires.

I wasn't bashful in flaring my wheel wells. Someone mentioned once that now it resembles a BMW. Before doing the wheel wells, I actually had A60-13 inch tires on slot aluminum rims mounted on the rear end reversed (rims inside out) so the tires would fit inside the wheel wells.
