I have seen them on notchbacks and they look ok. Just don't go good on a fastback IMO

As long as everything is made right you don't usually need anything more than you have. I have only had one time where things were way off. It was due to a cheap built Pete Jackson gear drive on a BB Chevy. It was 14 degrees off.

The more I look at it the more I like the 68 mirror so I think I'll stay with it. Sure appreciate the pics and opinions. I couldn't find a pic of a 67-9 with sport mirrors so I wondered how they looked. I think if I did go with them I'd have to go chrome. 60's and chrome just go together IMO

I hear ya Rani. I'm generally of the same opinion (use 60's stuff on a 60's car) but IMO they don't look too bad on the pic Steve posted. I'm just not crazy about the 60's remote mirror look on my car and thought I'd see if anyone had a pic of what a ralley mirror looked like on a 68.

I'm sure this has been done but I haven't seen it. I'm talking about installing the newer style sport mirrors on a 68 Cuda. Are they a bolt on or does it take some modifications? How do they look on an older Cuda? My 68 only had the standard style manual mirror on the dr side and I had a remote...

After reading several articles on filters I'm not a fan of Fram either but to answer the question posed by Rani I believe only the filter media itself makes a difference on how much "grit" it catches. But taller filters have the advantage of not just holding more oil but more capacity to hold...

This is strange. It shows the package I have (choice) should have Velocity but my box skips right over 281. Tried reloading it and it did the same. Gonna have to call Directv and see what's up. Thanks for bringing this up. I would have never known otherwise

Does anyone have any idea what Fox channel it'll be on? I looked through the article but didn't see it mentioned. Fox has a freaking ton of channels. Some I get, some I don't. Right now on DirecTv there's practically nothing to watch car related except a couple Power Block shows on Spike
