You need to hook up the condensate drain. All furnaces have them and need to be drained outside some way either a condensate pump or through the wall with PVC. It shows you in the installation instructions different ways the manufacturer recommends.

Kim, that's why I have recently added in my listings that I'll ship to Canada if the extra 30.00 is added. Personally, I will do this on the flat rate services. I think anything outside of that, the prices may go extremely rogue and ve outrageously expensive. Thanks for your input!
