    Hi Alan, I think I paid $120 for the pair...it's been a couple years, the turnaround time was less than 2 weeks for anything I had done there..they are not cheap, but they do great work, I had them do all my stainless in "flash chrome"...man it looked great....just sold my 66 and buying a 65...

    I had mine rechromed at Space Coast Plating in Melbourne Fl... They did a great job...then I went to a car model store and bought the exact colors and repainted the red, blue white inserts....they turned out GREAT!!! the etchings were not damaged at all during the rechoming process..

    I called Schumacher and talked w/Mike. He said the Kit will work fine with the Magnum Motor!! Yippie!! He also suggested a torque strap. Do I really need it?? 425 HP Whatch think?? Thanks for all the replies!

    HI, I just picked up another 66 dart gt. recently. It had a 225 slant 6 in it. that is now gone! I am building a 273 and I was told that all I needed were the correct 273 motor mounts and it would "bolt right in" to the k frame. Fact or Fiction??? thanks, John

    Hi, Ok I have my 66 dart pretty much done.. 273 , vintage air, etc... the question is: I have a change to pick up a 66 440 motor complete , just needs to be assembled for $400.. What do you think about putting it in my dart?? pros, cons, any advise???????? thanks, John
