What engine mods? Does it eat up the rubber parts in the carb? I'm really searching for info on its use.

I hear some of you guys are running E-85 fuel. Its readily availble here everywhere! What mods need to be done to use it? Will it work with 12.5 to 1 compression. Help an old dog understand!:?

1. You can run a fuel cell with a mechanical pump. 2. If the cell is properly vented and you don't spill fuel filling it, you don't get a smell. 3. I think getting a different tank or having the one you have repaired,is the most cost efective. my 2 cents.

Rather than a shorter filter, check out Summit and see if they have a inch & 1/4 drop filter base that size, if thats enough ?

The power valve should be in the secondary metering block if memory serves me.

Ask your self what your trying to do. If wiring in an oil pressure switch to kill the electric fuel pump if you loose oil pressure is your intent, remember your going to have to by pass it on start up. You also said your running a mechanical pump, that pump will cancel out anything your trying...

Is it possible or even feasable to install a gauge sending unit into a fuel cell that has foam and never had a sending unit? Or should I just buy another cell with the unit installed? The cost difference between buying a new cell vrs buying a sending unit is about $80, in your opinions is it...

With every thing disconnected from the tand you should be able to lower the tank and slide it off of the filler tube. The tube is just a slip fit thru a grommet into the tank. If memory serves me right. Anyone else out there agree?

I have a quickfuel 850 double pumper and I found an 1 1/4" drop base that works fine! Holley and QF use basicly the same fuel bowls. They do make them. Got it from Summit or Jegs can't remember which, my friend!

Rather than looking for a smaller filter which will restrick air flow, look for a droped bottom for the air cleaner assembly. Its drops the whole assembly over the carb and you can still use an appropriate size filter. Just my 2 cents worth.
