    Wow thanks for the link. For some reason when I was searching for velocity stacks ,those never showed up. The add says they are 4.5 inches tall and I only have about 4-3/4 inches of clearances to the bottom of my hood scoop. I wonder if only having a 1/2 inch of clearance is going to cause a air...

    Thanks for the info. That's what I was worried about. Spend that much money and then end up just taking them off. Lol. I think I am just going to stick with the K&N filters for now. Lol

    Sorry I was more interested in the performance etc of the air filters. Guess I am just balking at the cost of them. Lol I just found some k&N 9 inch diameter 3.5 inch tall filters that would work. They are a lot cheaper. Lol that just seems like a crazey amount of money for a air filter.lol...

    Well I finally got the tunnelram installed in my 96 dakota race truck. I wanted to run volocity stacks, but don't have the room with my hood/scoop combo. I have a 5 inch tall mopar six pack scoop. Looks like I only have about 4-3/4 inches of room from the carb to the under side of the scoop. So...

    Do You have time to get some Evan's waterless coolant. NHRA said it's tracked approved. I would run just enough antifreeze to keep my block from cracking. Like what was said what about all the steering cars that race on the track with antifreeze. Also they said it's good to -40 degrees

    Thanks. The first time I saw one racing was at the track a long time ago. It was blue and was pretty fast. That truck is what got me hooked on wanting to build one.
