The add says they are 4.5 inches tall and I only have about 4-3/4 inches of clearances to the bottom of my hood scoop. I wonder if only having a 1/2 inch of clearance is going to cause a air...

Thanks for the info. That's what I was worried about. Spend that much money and then end up just taking them off. Lol. I think I am just going to stick with the K&N filters for now. Lol

Sorry I was more interested in the performance etc of the air filters. Guess I am just balking at the cost of them. Lol I just found some k&N 9 inch diameter 3.5 inch tall filters that would work. They are a lot cheaper. Lol that just seems like a crazey amount of money for a air filter.lol...

Well I finally got the tunnelram installed in my 96 dakota race truck. I wanted to run volocity stacks, but don't have the room with my hood/scoop combo. I have a 5 inch tall mopar six pack scoop. Looks like I only have about 4-3/4 inches of room from the carb to the under side of the scoop. So...

I bought both the 650AVS2 for $600 or 650. I bought then when they went on sale. The ATM look like nice carbs. Can you post a build up of your engine build

are you running a single top tunnelram? damn i just bought 2 650AVS2 for my 360 magnum tunnelram. didnt want to spend close to $1800 for the ATM carbs at this time.lol

who did you ship with? I shipped my small block Mopar tunnel ram to get ported and with insurance cost me $174 through FEDX

Do You have time to get some Evan's waterless coolant. NHRA said it's tracked approved. I would run just enough antifreeze to keep my block from cracking. Like what was said what about all the steering cars that race on the track with antifreeze. Also they said it's good to -40 degrees

I found a another old picture of my 73 dart. It had a stock stroke 440 and on 93 pump gas ran 10.50 at 126 in the 1/4 at a race Weight of 3450 pounds . I bought a brand new weieand tunnelram for my 360 magnum 96 Dakota race truck
