Change the pcv valve,that might help alleviate some of that crank case pressure.Blow by is usually because pressure is leaking past the valves/seats and or rings..

Every engine wants to run. You just need to figure out why it dont,and the needs are basic. Spark,fuel and compression.That is all.

That show is all about selling product. Probably tons more for Fords and Chev than Mopar,so that's where the attention go's. Thats what really pisses in my corflakes with that show. Theres no real ingenuity.It's just parts procurement.

Hmm,sure seems like it might be a sinking float... If the float is made from phenolic material it is notorious for fuel soak. This eventually makes the float too heavy and it sinks,causing the symptoms you describe. Find a brass float and give that a try. Heck even if theres a brass float in...
