I don't know if this will help or not. It might show you where to connect the relays. The first part is a bit boring. How to Wire 4 Speed AC Blower Relay - YouTube You may need only the 2 relays one for the high and medium because they don't have all the resistors like the low does, but it...

Interior Light Wiring Issue - 69 Barracuda

This is out of my 1968 Plymouth service manual. This is for 68 Barracuda and Valiant. Not sure if they made changes between 68 and 69. The part circled shows with or without map light switch if this will help or not.

boy do I have a doozy for ya...

Follow 67dart273's procedure. It does sound like an alternator problem that fried your regulator. Also as was suggested check your body to engine grounding points and wires. Bad grounding can cause weird problems. The choke problem most likely not related.

    Fusible Links

I guess I misunderstood. Why not use a more modern fusible link like this it plugs in like a fuse. I think they should match the amps of the old one you are replacing, but I'm not sure. Maybe someone else would know more...

    Am/Fm radio Help

"it still has the AM telescoping antennae and cable that are new from Year One." I believe this is what he said in one of his posts. Was the antenna use on a different radio and did it work? It still wouldn't hurt to try a different antenna just to make sure there's nothing wrong with the one...

Mopar dies when key is released

Sounds like you have power to the ignition switch and I see you have replaced that. Are there any fuseable links for the run side you can check or some connector on that side past the fuse link you can use a test probe on to see if power's there.

    Odd Interior/Tail Light Issue

I agree with 67Dart273. Also do you have brake and signal lights. I believe the brake circuit also goes through the signal switch. Correct me if I'm wrong. You learned an important lesson when working on anything electrical especially with constant power as the brake switch does disconnect the...

    please help

When you had the kick panel off did you check for power to the back lights there. Probing the connector from the dash with a test light or meter. What is this connector 68 Barracuda

That was done to mine also . The only thing I could figure was the switch shorted out and they rigged it with the toggle so the blower would work. What is this connector 68 Barracuda

I have a 68 barracuda with A/C. I just went and check mine . I label all the connectors when I removed the instrument cluster. If it has 2 dark green wires, 1 light green, and a tan it's the blower switch connector. From your photo that's what it looks like.

    Harness Identification?

If it's pink and yellow it's either map light, dome or courtesy light. The diagram shows this. If it's one is tan and the other yellow with a tracer stripe then it would be for the front turn signals. The light socket doesn't look to be for the signal to me. here's a diagram.
