If I remember correctly, the four funky ones are for the bottom trim piece and go towards the outer portion of the cowl. This was the case when I did my 72 Dart.
Hi guys. I'd like to paint the steering wheel on my 64 Valiant from brown to black. I realize it's a hard plastic material. Can it be dyed and will it adhere or is it more advisable to shoot it with an enamel or urethane paint and if so, what adhesion promoter is required? Thanks!
Paint it so you have a uniform color over the entire car. If you're going to take the time to prep the car for clear, then not priming and shooting a base color first would be foolish.
