    The 4 pin superceded the 5 pin. Plug in the 4 pin and go. Put the 5 pin in the glove box as a spare. The goop is a heat sink/insulator for the electronics.

    Sounds like you have a ground issue on the right front corner. Get a long piece of wire. Connect 1 end to your battery ground and the other end to the ground wire on the headlight assembly.

    What kind of bulbs do you have in it now?? If they are the original stock non-halogen bulbs, that would be part of your problem. And upgrade your wiring harness like the prior post.

    No Dart, Demon, Dart Sport, Duster, Valiant or 64-69 Barracuda ever came with power windows from the factory. It was never offered.

    Reminds me of 1969 when the Kawasaki 500 3 cyl. 2-strokes came out with the high output CDI ignition system. At night it looked like somebody was arc welding with the plug wires.

    When you get done cleaning all the connections as well as the bulkhead connectors, don't forget to apply some die-electric grease to make sure everything stays corrosion free............ Your electrical system will love you for it.

    Justin, Just remember, there are 6 or 8 spare coil wires on every A-Body made. I had a friend that found that out the hard way. He was lucky that the car had about a half a gallon of gas in it. Cops found it about 6 miles away with the crooks working under the hood.

    Also check the to see if the accelerator pump shoots as soon as the throttle is cracked. If it does not, the carb is letting more air in and no fuel---- -----lean stumble.

    Brake and light inspection

    I'm glad that I live in a state that doesn't worry about trivial things like an in-dash turn signal light not working.... I've got the fender mounted ones as back-up and a loud flasher.
