I been drive my car around and want to see what it did when I matted it. The trans shifts dang near right after I hit it. about 3000 rpm range. doesnt seem like I am getting all my power out of the motor shifting that early. Its a 440 with a 727. Would this be a kick down cable problem or...

Can anyone take a picture of how a after market shifter cable hooks on to a 727 trans. I am trying to figure out what brackets I am missing to get everything hooked up.

I read a few post on here about people changed to braided cooler lines. Anyone have any pictures and list of part/numbers they used to do that. I have this pretty nice transcooler in a box I got with car that I want to use instead of buying a new one.

Ok im going to have a friend rebuild my 727 trans. Im pretty sure its a stock trans but i want to build it up a little. I want one that with stand 500hp. what stock parts should i replace? I no i want a shift kit to and i got good torque converter

i pulled my 8 3/4 rearend apart few months ago and for what side the axles go in. One of the plates that hold it in place has little notches in it. which side is that?

Ok first time doing anything with a rearend. I got a 8 3/4 just dropped it off to cut to a body specs. I got new axles. I got the little foam looking seals with the little metal one to. What else i need over then axle bearings?

Ok im putting a 8 3/4 in a 73 dart. All i can find is sites that go up to 72 a body. Its a c body rearend so i need to no what measurements to cut housing down to

well i started tearing about my c-bodt 8 3/4 rear end and i noticed theres a little metal tag on one of the third member bolts. Is that what gears are in it?

so finally got rear end from junk yard and im ready to get show on road. what are the measurements i need to tell them to get my rearend narrowed? Its a 8.75 out of a 73 new port and its going in a dart sport:clock:
