IV been fighting this dash and lights prob for a long time..im now really involved because the gas gauge wont work..iv got the diagram but an electrical wizard im not..i put in a great new gauge cluster today...I cleaned it up checked all bulbs cleaned all contact points on the board squeezed...

I PUT A NEW STANDARD [NAPA ]SWITCH IN A YEAR OR SO AGO.....I went over to pick up some brake cleaner at the store yesterday and came back out and the car duster would turn over but not catch..checked squirters ,had fuel..after a couple cranks it still wouldn't but it tyred to run when I 22went...

Cant seem to find a set of springs for the dist.but i have a number of the lightweight stock springs from mother mopar.originals..what am i gonna get if i run two of these lite springs in my dist.iv got my slots recut a new vac can just need to figure the springs..any ideas here..thanks ..j

i find that the car starts fine,but if i watch the emergency brake light on the dash while idling it goes bright and dim rapidly and faster if i rev it..i pulled the headlights on and they are doing the same thing..iv got grounds on the alt block frame batt dash and regulator case..any one have...

I have decided to rework my dist..i picked a early 80,s dist and took out the upper half and took apart one from a 73 dist and look at the differance..slots are straight on the 8o,s dist and at about a 10 degree or so angle on the 73..iv made some plugs to plug and weld into the slots then ill...

when i start this motor,360 ,it runs pretty ruff.it has a 1405 and no choke..iv tryed 2 dizzys 2 coils two ecus...plugs were pretty dark so i matched jetting with the 1406..it has no miles,alignment issues.....,only a few hours of break in and garage time...when its first started it runs ruff...

iv got a msd blaster 2 on right now.its running with a 4 prong ballast resistor..what ohm resistor is the 4 and should this resistor be run with the blaster 2 or should i change to the double prong resistor..tanks to all ..j

in 1974 i put a msd ign box on my 318 van .it was a direct fit just unscrew connector from old box [which i left on fire/w] and screw connector on to new msd box..id like to buy one again for the 73 duster..does msd still make and sell a box such as this still..does anyone have a part number...

tryed to start had noo signal to the relay..finally traced it to the connector that plugs into the seat belt module...module is gone...had to jumper the yellow wires in the red connector like a post on here says.....having trouble with the back up lite switch one place for the clutch and the b/l...

i cant seem to find the starter cable that has the starter and solonoid wires potted together to fit the angled bolts on a mopar starter..anyone know where to buy it..tx..j

im going from a one wire alt to a stock alt and reg..is there a particular brand model or ? that works and lasts ...and if the in dash ammeter is bypassed and the regulater lets the alt cook the batterie,how does one know when this is happening without a a/meter..any help here please..j

im trying to replace the main wire from the alternater to the amp gage and batt to amp gage what im not sure about is putting in a fuse link in alt wire ...i think the original had a fuse link in both..can some help me on this....73 duster 74 harness..tx..j

im putting a 74duster harness in a 73 duster..things are not the same..lots of connectors on 74..was a/c car...fuse block is different...wires for column connectors come out at diff places..anyone have a pic of the fuse box and how it locates on a 74..there are a lot of connectors ill have to...

im going to put in either a fuse or a circuit breaker at the batterie for main power feed to the amp gage but im not sure of what amperage the 'A' body cars were set up for by mother mopar..does anyone know what size fuse link is in these vehicles...tx..j

the large red wire [approx 12 gauge] qnd the large blue wire also approx 12 gauge were burnt and pulled from the connector at the ign switch connector...the former owner tied them to the right wire outside of the coinnector since it melted the sides...iv got a new connector but cant crimp new...
