    hey guys. i just scored a really nice complete 8.25 a body, bbp, w/ a 3:23 sure grip from craigslist. it is in need of a backing plate. does anyone know if the backing plates from a 7.25 or an 8.75 are the same? i know a 8.75 has a 5 bolt flange. i just have a set of 10'' plates laying around...

    selector shaft repair sleeve

    just wondering if anyone has seen, heard, or knows where to get them??? a friend of mine builds transmissions out of his garage, has a bunch of valve bodies he cant use because the selector shafts are worn where the seals seal on them... i hope that made sence... thanks for any advice!
