    Misc. Parts

Hello all, i know this isn't the for sale section and I'm just trying to determine if it even makes sense to post these items for sale or just scrap them. I have an LA cast 2 barrel intake, not sure if there would be a demand for it or not. Additionally, I have front drum brakes from a 74 Duster...

    K-member and mount ??

Hello all, I have a 74 Duster /6 car that was already converted to V8 (318) via motor mount kit w/727 and 8.75 rear. The motor currently seems to sit a little high. Anyway, this winter I'm replacing the 318 with a fresh 340 and wondered if it would be worth swapping the k-member for a V8 member...

74 Passenger Car Parts Manual ??

Hello all, I got one of the 1974 Passenger Car parts Catalog(on CD) to help with my 1974 Plymouth Duster. For the most part it is pretty straight forward with the exception of the part number listing. When you look at the parts list by Group Code (i.e., 2-08-5) you see a breakdown for Drum or...

    Emissions

So, what year did they start adding all the emissions equipment (i.e., EGR, Air Pump, etc.) to our MOPARS? Did they start with only certain states like CA or was it across the board? I always thought that it wasn't in full swing until 1975 but I'm starting to think that it was in 1973 or 1974.

How much did it cost you?

I’ve been looking for a reasonable price Duster for awhile, something to tinker with. I’ve been scared off of a couple because of the needed body work and the perceived cost that accompanies it. Now, I know you can’t get into many reasonably priced 70-73 Dusters without them needing some kind of...

    Transport???

Hello All, I've been shopping around for a 1971 Duster, from PA, and found that most of the ones I would be interested in are way South or South West. Now if I pursue one of those I will need to figure out logistics and I was looking at Auto transport as an option. What companies have you guys...

How do check for liens against cars in PA

Hello PA Mopar fans, I’m looking at a 73 A-body that is in pretty nice condition and I want to make sure there are no liens or other outstanding issues with the car. Is there a one stop shop/organization in PA that I may be able to accomplish this task? I would hate to spend that kind of money...

Value and VIN location on 73 Duster with fold down rear seat

Hello all, I know VIN’s have been discussed and I’ve searched the topics. I’ve seen that the VIN’s for Dusters can be found on the Rad support and the rear speaker deck shelf, driver’s side. I’m going to look at a 1973 duster that has the fold down rear seat and from what I’ve read this might...
