16's on a 65 Barracuda?

-
This thread has been very informative thus far!

I have a 1966 Barracuda, and am wanting 18" wheels. I am wanting to rotate, so the preferred wheel size is 18x8.

I am already in the process of acquiring a BBP rear end; 8 3/4" with the 5x4.5 BP.

Does anyone have experience or knowledge on what needs to be done to fit the wheels I am wanting (18x8) on a 66?

Any help is very much appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

You have probably seen mine elsewhere, but will repost anyway. 65 Dart, Mustang 18x8.5 polished five spokes, needed the Explorer rearend for proper spacing out back (you have to move the springs in) and needed the triangular tube type upper control arms from Dillenger suspension to get turning radius. The rims hit the upper control arm on the inside due to the 6.3 inch back space. Full turning radius now

What did you use for spring mounts? Did you use adapters on the front wheels? Mike
