1965 Barracuda Instrument cluster panel.

So what am I missing. On a 1965 Barracuda it seems like 4 screws would make it so the panel would come out easy but it seems hung up by the ignition. What am I missing?

nvm... I just found the answer here while searching... time to bring out the wrenches.... looks simple enough
