1965 Valiant Signet 200 Fender Tag

Hi. Can anyone help me decipher the middle & top rows of this fender tag? It's for a 1965 Plymouth Valiant Signet 200.

For the middle row, there's a "30" under the "AB", a "55" under the "DE" and a "2" under the "Z"

For the top row, there's a "9" under the "3".
