ok guys so there are about 5 thread that have diagrams, besides the 67 book I have in front of me as well as the Color diagram from Ebay. They all are the same, just some are color some not.

NOW where my issue comes from is I have an "extra" on this factory heater/AC box, which in the 66 book calls it a Evaporator temp control switch and I don't know where it wires in, im guessing inline for the compressor

Second is I don't have any blower function but doing testing on that currently.
 
Sounds like a good guess. I too would think it is to shut-off the AC compressor if it senses icing. It is probably in series with the pressure cut-off switch on the filter/drier. It probably goes thru a bulkhead terminal. I didn't see it in the referenced drawings but I didn't look real hard.
 
In the link to Moparbob's thread, I put some pics in there, but I found out since then that there was an update/change partway thru 67, there is a different schematic than the one I posted in Moparbobs thread. I will see if I can find it.
 
The temp control would definately control the compressor, not the blower
